Call Recordings & Transcripts

The Service can record and transcribe calls. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by federal or state law (including all-party consent jurisdictions) before recording. We process recordings and transcripts on your behalf as your service provider.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer Data is retained per your subscription; on termination, we delete or anonymize Customer Data after a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it.

U.S. residents (CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws)

Depending on your state, you may have the right to: know what personal information we collect; access or receive a copy; correct inaccuracies; delete; opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. EEA / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Where we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, we will direct your request to the relevant Customer (controller). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Communications opt-out

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email or by contacting us. We will still send transactional and service-related messages.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege provisioning. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms.
